About This Project
As the Public Relations Lead for the MSU Horror Club, I was responsible for shaping the club’s visual identity and outreach strategy. My role involved designing promotional materials such as event flyers, social media graphics, and announcement posts.
Through consistent branding, engaging visuals, and strategic messaging, I helped increase the club’s visibility both online and at in-person events. This project highlights my ability to lead creative communication, maintain a cohesive visual system,
and support community growth through effective PR-driven design.

General Body Meeting Promotions
To drive participation and build excitement for MSU Horror Club events, I designed a series of Instagram posts promoting weekly meetings and special activities. Each post emphasized clear messaging, bold visuals, and consistent branding to stand out in students’ feeds.
These graphics helped increase attendance, strengthen awareness, and reinforce the club’s visual
identity across social media. This collection demonstrates my ability
to create compelling announcements and cohesive visual marketing for student organizations.

Off-season Engagement
During the summer and winter months, I maintained the MSU Horror Club’s visibility through consistent off-season content. I designed themed posts that sustained member interest, shared horror media recommendations, acknowledged seasonal moments, and kept the community connected while classes were not in session.
This content helped preserve engagement across platforms, ensured the club remained present in students’ feeds year-round, and built anticipation for upcoming events. This section demonstrates my ability to plan long-term engagement strategies and maintain a cohesive digital presence beyond the academic calendar.
Printed Flyers
These printed materials helped extend the club’s outreach beyond social media by increasing awareness of upcoming meetings, screenings, and special events. Placed in high-traffic student areas, the flyers supported higher event attendance and strengthened the club’s on-campus presence.
